Trash and Recycling
Trash cabinets are located on the ground level of each building. Please take large items or excess trash to the dumpster enclosure located in the smaller parking lot at the entrance to Indian Springs.
Recycling bins are located in the dumpster enclosure. All recycling must be separated and placed in the appropriately labeled bin. Do not place recyclable items in paper or plastic bags. Please break down all cardboard boxes before disposing of them to avoid overfilling the dumpster.
Note: Do not dispose of construction debris or large items in the dumpster. Contact Clear Creek Disposal at (208) 726-9600 for additional information.
Parking
Parking passes are required for parking at Indian Springs. Owners and long-term tenants can register their vehicles with Sun Country Management. Visitors and guests must display a valid parking pass on their dashboard. Visitors should contact their landlord or rental agency to obtain a parking pass.
Parking can be challenging during holidays and other busy times. If no marked spots are available please park carefully along the roadway.
Trailers, RVs, or any vehicles that do not fit in a standard, marked parking spot are not permitted.
Please do not park in the lot designated for our neighbors in the adjacent Sunburst condos.
Laundry Facilities
Washers and dryers are located in buildings N, T, X, and DD and are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please note that the laundry equipment is provided and managed by Pioneer Laundry.
